I had a air india flight from Milan to Delhi. I was informed at Milan airport thet my basgs will be forwarded to pune , which was my destination.But i wasn't informed to collect bags at Delhi airport and again submit to Jet Airways(From Delhi to Pune). Hence my bags are stuck at customs at Delhi airport. Its been more than a week but there's no update from Air India.The staff at baggage department of Air India is very rude, either they don't pick up the phone at all or hang up when they do.Never seen so rude behavior .I have attached my boarding pass and my complaint reference no. is PNQ*W*****.
