Reshmy Warrier filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 22, 2019
I placed an order for a mutton thali and couple of other dishes at **:** pm on **st Aug. After about half an hour, while I am about to expect delivery of my order, I get a call from swiggy with restaurant also on concall, saying mutton thali is unavailable. So they replace it with chicken instead and take yet another hour. In the meanwhile, a call centre exec promises me the food and a full refund because I'm irate. The delivery finally takes place at **:** pm. I spend half an hour making the next chat exec understand that I was promised a full refund. But im strung into words of empty assurances and at max a Rs. ***. I don't take it. And, sadly Swiggy has lost its face in terms of integrity and commitment.
