I am filing this complaint against Myntra regarding a recent order,Order Number: *******-*******-******* which was scheduled for delivery on August **, ****.
The order was delayed and was finally delivered on September *, ****. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that only one of the three items from my order was delivered. Despite this, the Myntra application has fraudulently marked all three items as "Delivered." This is an unacceptable misrepresentation and a clear case of service failure.
My attempts to resolve this issue through Myntra's customer support have been futile. The automated system does not connect me with a human agent, and my queries have been met with unhelpful or no responses.
The return/replacement window in the application is active only until September *, ****. This is an unfair and impractical deadline, as I have not even received the complete order. The return window must be updated to a reasonable period from the date of the final, complete delivery.
I have not opened the package containing the single item I received and have attached all supporting evidence, including photos and a video, to prove my claim.
I am seeking one of the following two resolutions:
Immediate delivery of the two remaining items and an extension of the return window.
A full refund for the entire order, and I will return the single item I received.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.
