I booked for courier service on **th August ****, it showed 'dispatched to Guwahati' at **:** am on **th. Today tracked my parcel and it still showed the same result so i called up Guwahati Centre and was informed that the parcel hasn't reached them yet.
I opted for their Pro Premium facility as I had to send time sensitive documents.
I have tried contacting all the customer care numbers and mail ID but never got any response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
