Wakefit Innovation Pvt LTD - Delay in shipment Mental harassment and misinformation

I ordered a wedge pillow from Wakefit, medical prescribed product for one of the family member. At order on **-Sep-**, expected delivery date shown as **-Oct-** and I had agreed since the product was not available in outlet store in the city. Until **-Oct-**, it was lied in place in their warehouse, and on raising complaint to escalation desk they had shipped the product on **-Oct-**, with promised delivery date as **-Oct-**. On **-Oct-**, I got call from wakefit informing another delay and new expected delivery date as **-Oct-**. Product was delivered on **-Oct-**, after missing three of promised delivery date, meanwhile tracking details on wakefit website and delivery partner delhivery website was manipulated five to six times to hide the issues at their front.
