Dear Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order for a King Size Bed placed with your store. The order was dispatched incomplete, and several parts are missing, due to which your installation team was unable to complete the assembly.
Additionally, I have been trying to reach out to your staff member, Mr. Tushar Gautam, who has been extremely unprofessional and is not answering my calls. Other store staff are also not responding to my queries, which is highly disappointing and unacceptable.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and ensure that the missing parts are delivered at the earliest so that installation can be completed without further delay. I also expect accountability and improved communication from your team to avoid such inconvenience in the future.
