I have ordered a mattress [ShapeSense Orthopedic Classic Memory Foam Mattress, *******] on Oct **th **** on Amazon and in the Amazon portal it was showing it as delivered on Oct **th **** but not delivered as mentioned. I raised a complaint on Oct **th **** on Amazon and as well as with Wakefit customer care. And daily contacting the customer case executives on calls and getting the same response from them as wait a day to get an update but till today no update from them.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
