I work in government department which require heavy use of laptops and computers. On **/*/**** display of my laptop stopped working. I submitted my laptop for repair on **/*/**** to nearby Asus service centre.I was told that they will have to order some parts for that and they said i will get my laptop back in *-** days. Now when I contacted asus regarding it they shifted estimated arrival date of parts to **/*/**** ,now when i contacted them about my device they said estimated time of arrival has been changed to */**/****.They are taking ** days for just minor display problem and already wasted my ** days now want ** days more. Upon contacting their support-in@asus.com ,no reply has been given till now.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
