I have sent my scooter more than a month ago through Roadside assistance as the nearest service center was *** kilometers away. Till then no contact was made from their service stations and I was not given any update. I made multiple calls to their support team & they could not help me also as they also don't have any information. They forcibly closed my service ticket and marked it as solved. Now, they are misbehaving and cutting my calls intentionally. I want to get my vehicle as soon as possible. It has been a month and a week since I have sent my scooter to the service center. The ticket id was ********.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
