Shibu Kottarathil Mammen filed complaint against Air India on May 17, 2020
I spent AED.*** + my FFP points ***** to upgrade to Business Class. My flight was cancelled by the Airlines (DXB **- Mar -- COK-** Apr) After receiving the info from Airlines, I cancelled the ticket on ** Mar at Dubai office. They told me to write to e-commerce. I wrote to them stating my issues
* I am resigning and leaving for my country permanently. I need the amount and FFP Miles to be refunded immediately.
* I am going to cancel the Credit Card next week. So I am unable to get the refund the money to the same credit card after next week.
Even after *c months, Air India has not taken any steps to refund the amount and the FFP points . Now they are asking me to call India Office at : **** ******* ,****-******* ,***-********. In my experience Air India staff seldom attends the call of customers and hence I have no time in wasting my time.
I need the refund (both AED.*** + the FFP points) asap.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
