Amit Sharma filed complaint against Zoomcar India Private Limited on Jul 30, 2020
I made a booking on *th June on Zoomcar to rent a vehicle and after successful payment done, it automatically got cancelled. Booking ID: JPS*NYXOT. Since i didn't aware about how pathetic service of this company is, i again made that booking which was successfully placed and after completing my booking on **th June, i got a mail that they'll process the security amount by next day. Booking ID: JPS*NY***. Now as you can see from today's date, there is not update that why the refund is getting delayed from their end and i already tried several times to get the update over it but no one has responded me back. They called me once to do survey that what sort of purpose i booked that vehicle which i received already after ** days of date of booking completion. In that call also that person mentioned that amount will be reflected in my account within ** days as he has escalated this issue but again till now no update no refund amount. I can't believe how careless some company could be against its customers since i have seen so many similar complaints.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
