I purchased a top i.e. "Azira:Multicolour Ethnic Motifs print bell sleeves A line top" from Myntra on **rd of Jan **** amounting Rs.*** but after receiving the product i didn't like the material so i requested a refund. Item was picked on *st of feb **** but the refund is still not credited into my source account yet, i complaint to customer support many times , talked to them ,gave my precious time to them hoping they will refund the amount but all they are saying is that i have to wait for the refund .Its been **+ days and myntra customer support are not able to atleast give me the transaction reference number. Please help!!!
