I have ordered ** Wildcraft Compact Laptop Backpack – Black bag(order number - #Ocb**bd) through wildcraft official website on **.**.**** and Paid Rs.****.** through SBI Netbanking.
*. I have received one bag on **.**.****.
*. Remaining ** bags got cancelled by wildcraft team on **.**.**** and not received.
*. Received refund for First bag amount Rs. ***.** on **.**.**** and another two bags around Rs. **** on **.**.****
*. Till now I received * bag and refund for * bags worth Rs. ****.
*. I have not received any refund for remaining * bags around Rs. ****.
*. For the past nine months I have sent many mails and even talked with customer Executive regarding the above issue, but got same reply from them like “wait for *-* working days”. I waited for nine long months to get refund Please do needful .Thank you
