Indigo Airlines - Delay in joining date for cabin crew

Am Ritika sreekumar from CHENNAI. I was selected for the post of cabin crew in indigo airlines on **-**-** interview in Chennai. I was told by HR charmi that we would be given joining date in a month after medicals. I submitted all forms and got message saying fit to fly. It's been four months but I have not got any joining date yet. I do get mails every month asking me to check my BMi. It's really disappointing that indigo airlines which values TIME is delaying our joining. I see the airline recruiting again in Chennai whereas the candidates recruited four months back are still jobless sitting home ,waiting for the joining date. Please look forward into the problem and the reason for the delay I would Atleast like to know the reason for such a delay. I have been eagerly waiting to be a part of company.
