Moksh Arya filed complaint against ACT Broadband on Aug 1, 2020
The issue that I have experienced was: I applied for an ACT Fibernet connection two weeks ago, **-**-****. I paid the * month advance. There was no contact from the team till ** days. The **th day, a technician(Kutub Malik) called me and said they’ll start the wiring today. After the wiring was done, the technician promised me that he’ll come within ** minutes and activate my connection. I called him, and he didn’t answer. He did not answer for the next three days. I had to call him from another number, when he picked up, he made some excuse and then gave me his senior’s contact (Sandeep Tiwary). I called him, and he blocked me after a single call. I approached the Nodal Officer (Ms. Vaneeta), they promised me I’ll get the connection by today morning, ** A.M. and the team still isn’t here. The customer care does not seem to care and they just keep asking for a day’s time again and again. The technician(Kutub Malik) made me pay for the wiring, Rs. *** and then went missing. I had to pay, and I did not even receive the connection. They wasted my time and money. And they are really incompetent.
It occurred on: **/**/****
Either Install my connection or provide me the refund+damages, in this case Rs. *** for the wiring.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
