Netmeds - Delay in delivery

I placed the order on **th july, expected date of delivery was **nd july! It is **th july while I'm writing this. Those medicines are for my **yrs old grandfather! I ordered when the *days of medicines were left! It is * days my grandfather hasn't received the medicines and he is a critical parkinson patient! His body starts quivering. Who is to held responsible for this delay! The courier service 'bluedart' says it wont be delivered till the **st of july and when asked for reasons they hang up the call! I have been calling nedmeds everyday since **st of july! Those idiots are even less aware about the shipment!
This is the worst kind of service! Never order again from netmeds!
