I ordered food on **th Jan ** at *.** PM, the same was delivered at **.** PM, kept on calling delivery guy, earlier his phone was not reachable and later on said that his bike got punctured and the task was assigned to some other delivery boy. I gave an option to pick the food myself but that was not do able.
Asked to cancel the order and refund, even that was denied.
