I ordered one sofa set on flipkart on *th October. From that day onwards they are not giving any tracking facility also delivery date has been changed * times.. While calling to customer care they are not giving proper support. Not cancelling the product also. Asking me to wait for the product again and again. Without listening disconnecting the call.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
