Clovia - Delay in delivery want my money back

Had ordered some stuff on * nd June they ensure delivery after * days, but they didn't even respond .On ** the June again I had ordered but this time they said for online payment, had done with that they showed up with delivery date by *rd July but problem is that my order is still not dispatch nor they replied any email and coustmer Care no. Is not working .I want my order to be cancelled and money back .
