I have ordered medicine with order no NMS*************A from Bangalore .on *th September ****. During booking I received notification that it will get delivered by **th sept. I call Coustmer care to expidiate process as no action has been taken for next * days. After multiple follow up with Coustmer care I didn't received any proper follow up where I expect that I will receive my order on or before **th. I have wasted * days behind them and today received call from them stating that they will delay and send to me on **th Afternoon which will we no use for me.
With my review I think if I couldn't followed up then it might take more then * weeks.
Lastly I am ended with cancellation and waiting for complete refund. Later uninstallation of APP
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
