The shipment order was placed made on oct ** for return pickup from nagpur to pune hub of oneassist Shipment was picked up on oct **th, and the shipment is still in trnasit as on oct **.
As per latest tracking update the shipment is still in aurangabad hub.
The company on their webesite claims its ** hours delivery across india whereas this sepicif awb is already delayed by * days since shipment and yet to reach deistination which is in same state.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
