Air India Make My Trip - Delay In baggage delivery by Air India

*.I along with my wife and two daughters travelled using air India flight from Ahmedabad to Goa on **nd Nov **** . PNR of my flight is YXSJJ, copy of ticket is att as appx.
*. When i arrived at GOA on ** ndnigth my luggage (* in Number ) was not delivered at luggage collection belt. I lodged my lost baggage complaint with air India staff at goa airport , reference of the complaint is GOI *****.
*. NeXT day i again had to visit airport office of airindia as no one responded on the contact number given by airport staff. I was told the luggage is yet to be traced and air india will inform you once the luggage arrives. I got a call on **th Nov that two out of three luggage suitcases have been traced and accordingly delivered on **th to me out of which strolley handle of one suitcase was broken when delivered at my hotel. However the third luggage could not be delivered by them.
*. Finally when my trip ended on **th Nov i got a confirmation of my third luggae piece having been traced. Since i was taking a return flight to Mumbai on the same day i told them i will collect the luggage from check in counter and accordingly i collected my luggage on **th from the airport itswlf while my trip has ended.

*. I would like to highlight i was here for for important function as well to play golf at Lalit resort, and as brought out i was accompanied by my wife two daughter one of them was infant * months old. My complete trip was spoiled due to this loss of baggage and we had to face lot of harassment due to delay in luggage. My personal baggage was delivered when my trip completed. This complete episode left us without our clothes and sports accessories which were specially brought for the trip. This lead to huge expenditure on purchasing new clothes for myself as well as complete family. my baggage had costly clothes and sports accessories . More than the cost my complete plan of vacation was meesed up and the family had to struggle and run around for * days to pick n buy stuff to make up for lost things. It had important medicines for my wife and kid as well .

*, In view of the above i request airindia to compensate for the delay in luggage . The compensation to include the cost of stuff(Clothes sports accessories medicines shoes goggles) bought that is approx *****/- replace my broken suitcase and compensate for the harassment for spoiling our vacation at Goa. My hotel bookings were of approx ***** and fooding expensiture was *****. Thus total compensation of ******/- to be paid by airindia authorities.

*. I request an early response from your side else i shall be bound to take legal course of action.
