I applied for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber connection on May *, ****, and completed the full payment of **** on the same day. Airtel promised installation within ** hours, but as of today, May *, ****, no installation has been performed.
I have contacted local representatives and customer care multiple times, but I am only receiving generic assurances without any scheduled appointment. This delay is causing significant professional and personal inconvenience.
