Hello,
I'm writing it as it happened. So my dada has an airtel sim and wifi subscription was under his number. He changed the phone number to my uncle's(chacha) phone number which is not airtel. Now my uncle is unable to login in the airtel thanks app because obviously it's a non airtel number. How can I get that changed to my number, it's an airtel number. There might be something which can be done right!?
