Airtel Wifi - Don t resolved the wifi problem till 3 days and do not respond property

My internet was stop before * days and I registered the complaint on Airtel customer care. They booked a slot of same day after *-* hrs but the problem is not resolved till today and they changed the time of slot back to back after commitment and the technician is also not responding properly or do not recieved the call.. my work is not running from * days and I can't be able for answering my client.. it's mentally and financial harrasment by the company and its technician to me.
