Me along with my wife and daughter booked three tickets on Spicejet airlines on **/**/** from Tirupathi(TIR) to Hyderabad(HYD) at *:** pm but the flight got delayed. The departure time was *:** pm but there was no announcement until *:** pm. It was announced that the flight got delayed by an hour only after persuasion. We booked the tickets to reach the destination well in advance and take rest for attending our regular schedule. This caused me so much of inconvenience and mental agony. Hence, proper compensation should be reimbursed.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
