On **th May ****, I hired NoBroker Movers & Packers for a home shift, paying ₹*,*** (₹*,*** initial + ₹*,*** extra charged mid-way) for their premium packaging service, which included bubble/foam wrapping and multi-layer packing (as per order details). However, the service was deficient, unprofessional, and caused significant financial and mental distress.I was promised premium packaging, but they used only plastic wrap with no multi-layer packaging (chat evidence: *:**–*:** PM, **th May). Out of ** NoBroker boxes, I received only **, with the rest being old Amazon boxes, and the boxes provided were smaller than expected (chat: *:**–*:** PM).The laborers were untrained (possibly minors, aged **–**), and their partner was rude, shouting during the job, and demanded an extra ₹*,*** mid-way for “more goods.”Despite clear instructions to keep my TV separate, it was mishandled, resulting in a damaged panel. My treadmill also became non-functional due to their negligence, costing me ₹*,*** to repair (receipt attached).I raised complaints during the move via NoBroker’s chat (*:**–*:** PM, **th May), reporting the lack of multi-layer packaging and poor service, even attempting to cancel the service. NoBroker claimed double-layer packing was done (except for the music system) but failed to provide satisfactory proof when I asked for photos. They also promised a callback within ** minutes (*:** PM) but never followed through, later delaying it to the next day (*:** PM).After the move, I requested NoBroker on call to come and check the TV damage, but they clearly refused. I then had to raise a OneAssist claim to address the TV damage, as NoBroker closed all doors to resolution. On May **, ****, their grievance officer rejected my refund and TV liability claim, citing the Proof of Delivery (POD) I signed under stress and a “**-hour formal complaint” rule, despite my real-time complaints (email attached).
I have suffered a financial loss of ₹*,*** (₹*,*** paid + ₹*,*** repair) and immense mental stress due to their negligence, unprofessional behavior, and unfulfilled promises. I demand a full refund of ₹*,***, compensation of ₹*,*** for the treadmill repair, additional compensation for the TV damage caused by their negligence, and ₹*,*** for harassment and inconvenience
