NE****************** and NE****************** this are the two transaction for which i have received no cash back as per the offer i was eligible but due to technical fault from there end the same has not been credited now they are arguing and clsoing the case nch please take stern steps and followup with the company and dont allow them to close the case without consulting and taking my feedback and proper resolution i will get *** as cashback in my account they are not doing that ask someone from there technical team to followup with the case and resolve the same at the earliest ur staff are providing fasle and fake inforrmation and information varies from time to time once the limit is exhausted once the same device and *rd the same card and all so please recheck and provide me or else the case shall be aggaragated with consumer harassment charges also this is the cold way of saying no ask them to refund the same at the earliest i dont want to hear lame excuses when ur openion differs that means u r lying and also if the offer was availed with in such short period by all then the same would not have been dipslayed or the quota exceeded info would have been present there and on next day also people would not have got the same so please process it fast
