S Balamurugan filed complaint against Dell on Jul 17, 2021
Due to improper guidance and dissatisfied Service by Dell Technical Team I lost my Data from All D & E drive... The technician didn't guide me about the data loss and Partition in the Computer while Remotely assisting for OS Installation, finally that wipes all my data.. While questioning the team, they are apologising for it but not retrieving the data which I collected for the Past ** years... This started because of the the complaint is speed issues in laptop, that was also not rectified so far... Finally they are telling that I paid only for the product and not for the service... I have the evidence for all these things which are happend above... But they are refused to give a proper redressal... I don't want their compensation, i just want the losed data and recovery speed for my laptop for which I paid so...
