Zomato food delivery - deficiency in the policy and services

I have ordered with zomato with the mentioned details. After placing an order I found that zomato is not trustworthy and not customer friendly They didnt deliver the food to me in time so that I called to the rider but didnt connect. After that I tried to contact zomato but zomato doesnt create proper consumer care center. Contact were not made with zomato. After * hours of the order call came from zomato executive regarding my pending order and ask to cancel it How can allow this kind of deficiencies in the services???? It’s a big question. Further zomato is clearly mention in the page of order that “order once placed it cannot be cancelled” this policy is applicable only on consumer??? What if zomato failure to provide services or not deliver the food?????? This is clearly one side policy and zomato rule on the customer by making this kind of pollicy Policy of Zomato is totally unethical to cheat the customer and due to this kind of policy customer suffer a lot. This policy can’t be acceptable at all. Kindly take necessary action against zomato and save the customer.
