I have booked * flights from axis bank travel edge portal on **th Jun , from Da Nang (Vietnam) to Phu Quoc (Vietnam) and flight timing while booking was * am for travel date **th July , but airline changed the flight from * am to *.** pm on **th July and notified travel edge regarding the same on their email .
First of all I have entered my email address while booking axis bank didn't mention my email id in my booking and also I gave mobile number of mine while booking and axis bank gave my mobile number with wrong country code i.e. +** instead of +** i.e. of India . So I didn't receive SMS as well for the flight change . and Since I was in international tour , we had further bookings . So all our plans got disturbed and there was no communication from axis regarding the flight change , we had to bear the loss . since we had small kids and infants with us . we had to bear lot of trouble since we had to repay for everything and also our tour was charged for that day in another city , since we didn't get the morning flight . My booking reference numbers are TEC******FLT and TEC******FLT . I have proofs with me which airline gave regarding communication for flight change which I never received due to which our tour got wasted.

Axis bank account balance **** maintained .but axis bank take maintance charges,GST take in account so my money totally loss for ₹**** ( * times of GST charges ,maintance charges * times)
Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
