Flipkart - Deficiency in Service and mental torture and Harassment

This happened *nd time in last few months. My laptop not working and not getting any support. My warranty is till **** but this company is cheating again and again. First call was made end of sep and was told to send email with details. Email was sent on * October and no feedback inspite of calls and emails..exactly same thing happened last time and i was assured this would not repeat- last time sla was breached and np compensation provided and this its more than sixty days.

As per SLA ** percent refund to be provided of the cost of laptop which is **K. I have been following with flipkart for almost * months but they are contiunously harassling me and torturing me.

On **th October I was informed the vendoris inable to repair and flipkart will return ** percent of cost of laptop and on **st october bank details were shared and flipkart confirmed on twenty fifth that money will be refunded in * days. Till date nothing happen I get email that money will be refunded in * days and they call me and harass me.

My kids are impacted as now asll schools are online, my wife is impacted as she gives online coaching and am personally impacted dut to loss of work. And add to that mental torture and lies at hand fo flipkart. I have files many condumer complaints online and response is that money will be refunded in ** hours but nohing happens. one e.g:Grievance Number: *******

Pls save me from this harassment and mental torture and i demand **,**,*** as compensation of loss of my family and mental harassment and lies told to me.
