I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing dispute regarding my Samsung S** Ultra (purchased October ****, **,***). Despite repeated communication, my concerns remain unresolved, and the handling of this matter has caused me severe financial loss and deterioration of my health. Any further negligence will be considered your responsibility.
*. Green Line Issue: Appeared immediately after warranty expiry. Repair cost quoted at ₹**,***. A discount was provided after I argued this was unfair.
*. Motherboard Failure: Within one week of the green line repair, a motherboard issue appeared. Initial quote was **,***, later reduced to ₹*,***, and finally **,*** only after I raised valid objections. This inconsistency shows arbitrary pricing.
*. Servicing Concerns: The short gap between the two issues strongly suggests improper servicing created hidden weaknesses, leading to motherboard failure.
*. Warranty Exclusion: Why was the motherboard excluded from the **‑day warranty that applied after the green line repair?
*. Unanswered Questions:
- How can new damage appear immediately after servicing?
- Why are repair charges inconsistent and arbitrary?
- Why should I pay for what is clearly a manufacturing defect?
*. Mental Distress: This prolonged dispute has dragged on for over a month, causing serious mental distress and deterioration of my health. Such treatment is unacceptable from a premium brand.
My Position:
- I am willing to pay for repairs if the damage is my fault (e.g., accidental drops, visible scratches).
- My phone is in perfect condition. These failures are due to manufacturing defects or improper servicing.
- I will not pay for defects created by Samsung’s manufacturing or service negligence.
Request:
- Transfer my case to a more capable representative who can provide clear answers and accountability.
- Provide a fair resolution without arbitrary charges.
- Take responsibility for the repeated negligence that has caused financial and health damage.
I refuse to be trapped in an endless cycle of payments for issues created by the company itself. I expect accountability and a resolution that reflects the value of the brand.
