Complaining from day * from **th May,**** after receiving product about non functional sensor on symphony HiCool i. Technician visited and told board to be replaced. After that no service provided..opening new tickets and it's getting auto closes in *weeks. Customer care not reachable even after waiting **-**mins. Such an unprofessional shameful service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
