Dear LG Customer, If you agree for Cancellation of RNP************, reason : Others, Plz share Cancellation Code :**** with our Engineer.
Since the time we bought the referigerator, we raised this issue and instead of fixing this, other symptoms were tried in * months, * year, *.* years and *.* years. We extended warranty after * year as well just for this issue. Paid a lot more for this issue resolution, but LG didnot resolve this.
Now they just keep on cancelling the requst, sending executives who dont know how to fix this, ignore our requests.
We dont know how much more mental harrassment can we take from LG.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
