I ordered a solid wooden table on pepperfry for ***** and it got delivered around a month back. Order ID - *********.
Within ** days I started seeing the wood breaking cracks on the table from multiple places. I had immediately contacted customer care and asked for a refund or replacement. But they denied and sent a carpenter to fix. Carpenter came and accidentally flipped the table broke the table making it worse. He then repaired and assured that after finish dries it would look good as new. But even after drying, the cracks are still clearly visible and it looks worse than a second hand product.
Now they're denying any refund. Please get this resolved. I need refund or replacement asap. I've already mailed all the pictures before and after repair to pepperfry.
