I ordered two samsung tv's from Samsung India website on **th July **** and were delivered on *rd August ****, the delivery person stated that we can install the tv within *-* months period, now finally i called Samsung for installation of tv's on **rd September, as per Samsung policy, Samsung technician must open the factory packed box and install the tv, to report or address any claim, so they opened the package and found tv faulty, not working, now they made a report that the TV is damage, internally not working, there are no damages found on tv external or the box external. Samsung customer support is declining replacement stating that our policy is to get tv installed within * days of delivery, after that we are not responsible, my project was new, i could not install that fast, they are not ready to address this situation, its a ***K claim they are refusing.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
