As soon as I unboxed the package I realized the pair of 'RayBan Club-master' sunglasses I ordered had a defect. The defect being the nose pad holders on these are wrongly aligned causing an uneven fit and looking crooked on the face. Notified Myntra immediately and was told to wait for *-* days repeatedly and this was the final response they sent yesterday and closed my ticket.
This is with regards to your complain about receiving a damaged product - "Ray-Ban Men Clubmaster Sunglasses *RB****W******".
I regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the return/refund request for this product based on the following details:
Product went through the mandatory quality check.
As per the packaging footage, a correct product was shipped.
The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging.
No instance of package tampering was reported.

Now I am left with a defective pair of sunglasses I can't even wear which makes me wonder if these are even original RayBan and no resolution from Myntra.
