Flipkart - Defective product received and asking for refund they used abusing language

Sir i have taken mobile from flipkart it is defective
They not taking return or not giving my refund
And abusing language used by wishmaster

I have recordings of wishmaster and flipkart

I call to flipkart your wishmaster or agent abusing me

I am not here to listen abusing language

I GAVE you ***** rs and flipkart give me defective product

Please give my rs

On ** jan sajia mam from acceleartion team call me and told me that your replacement is cancelled because flipkart is unable to pick up this defective product and we will intitate refund by ** jan

After that told me we will give you by * feb

After that now telling ** feb

What i will do .

Please give my rupees i am in problem and take your product
