I am extremely disappointed with the service I've gotten at Ola
*. Your Scooter is sub-standard at best. I haven't been able to charge my Ola S* Pro from Day * and despite requesting for support almost ** times now, no one has been able to fix it up for me. As a result, it has been rotting in my garage for almost * weeks now
*. Your customer experience is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The call agents (Arpita & Neha to name a few) are extremely rude and the TL's of your team have never once called me back even though I was promised the same each time. I have attached call recordings of the promises made to me and there are no callbacks / request fulfillment whatsoever.
*. There are at least * tickets currently open under my name, but no one bothers to check / work on those. What is the point of support tickets if they are just kept in trash?
*. Despite Ola being a tech-led business, there have been multiple instances of data-related issues. My contact number is linked to some Hiren Shah in Surat. What the hell.
All in all, this experience has been really frustrating and annoying for me, especially after all the fanfare Ola had created around its *-wheeler. I plan to take this issue to social media as well as forward it on automotive blogs and news-houses to the greatest of my ability. People do not deserve this weak product with the shitty customer experience it comes along with.
