I had purchased water spray rope with gun on ** th OCt and got delivered on **th OCT with defective product.
They are refusing to refund by claiming complaint is not registered with in ** hrs.
They did not provide any invoice and only one slip with customer care number, which never works.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
