I had ordered a Sony Bravia ** inches LED TV on ** September **** from Amazon online App. It was delivered on ** October by delivered by Amazon delivery agent from Dawntech Technologies, Maharashtra. On installation by Sony agents they discovered the screen of the TV damaged and mentioned it in the job sheet. I requested for return by Amazon App and it was picked up on ** October but not accepted by Dawntech Technologies and no refunds processed. Despite repeated attempts with Amazon no response for the redressal.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
