Bought LGT***RASN Refrigerator on ** Oct **** at Udaipur from M/s Great Eastern. After few months freezer stopped working. For same problem in short intervals, fiver times refrigerator has been repaired and every time assured It will not repeat again. Our last refrigerator was also from LG and it worked fine for almost ** years. But this time very disappointed to buy LG product. Refrigerator is still within warranty period but after repetitive failure they are not willing to replace the product.
Product is under repair and not sure after repair how long it will work.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
