I have purchased a tablet from the Tata Cliq website on **th Aug and it got delivered to me on **th Aug. On the very same day of the delivery I found the product to be defective after using it for some time. Then on the very same night, I have registered a request for return on their website. I got the confirmation of the return request at the very same time. The touch of the item is defective, I need to hard press it if I want to use it, the volume is very less when I put the call on the loudspeaker and the battery is draining at the faster rate not providing the backup as mentioned. *-* days later they asked me to share the images of the same to their WhatsApp number ********** and I did the same and the next day they asked me to record and send the video for which I am claiming the product is defective. On the very same day I have recorded and sent the video on their WhatsApp number and they have acknowledged the same on **th Aug. Since then there is no update on when the item will get picked up & refund. Upon contacting them on Facebook they are sending an email once in *-* days that they are investigating the issue. But I don't know how much time they need for an investigation, its clearly visible in the video and can be verified in minutes.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
