This is regarding my recent order from myntra -Roadster's - Women Elegant Rose Self-Design T-shirt with Trousers.
I received a defective Roadster's tshirt and trouser. Order ID- *******-*******-*******.I dropped a return request as there is a black stain on the trouser and pocket section is torned off. Delivery agent refuse to pick the product due to same defective reason stated earlier. I reached out to customer service for this but nothing was done. Raised complaints twice. This is how myntra treats their customers? Pathetic. This kind of service and behaviour should be escalated.I want my money back. Why should i pay for a defective product sent by myntra in the first place? Is this the way to fool customers? Sending defective product and once we return it you guys are not ready to accept? The product costs for ₹*,***.**, which is indeed not a small amount.
