i purchased a new SONY TV from reliance digital,punjagutta, hyderabad. i identified that there was a scratch on screen. we have informed same to store immediatly, shared the damaged pics.
now they saying that store is not responsible for any damage and they will not replace the tv.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
