I have placed * items with Order number OD****************** that contains * fans Crompton AURA**IVYDLX after I received both in damaged state they refunded * product & they replaced * product on oct **th and the same is not working after installation from flipkart is done immediately we raised the refund they are keep on cancelling the refund stating return policy is ended as how can we pay for not working product even for a minute and they are saying against this order id already refund is processed which is done for * fan and I need to have refund for one more fan as it is not working at all. Thanks I received refund for * product ****/- I am yet to receive ****/- they simply closing issue saying ****/- got refunded.
