We ordered Kashmir ki kali brown walnuts from Naaptol after watching the advertisement on television. The walnuts we received were stale and were also smelling bad. So we filed a return request and the parcel was picked up with the promise to give a voucher of the amount of product, but in few days the same parcel was delivered to us. They are now refusing to take any further step and take back the product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
