I bought a smart watch on ** Jan ****. Due to being out of station I opened the packet on **th Jan **** after * days later the smart watch got flickering. I tried to contact customer care many times. On every call I I will get reference number ( ********** , **********, ********, **********, **********, ********** ) and many supervisor and manager ( Anuja, Prasanth, Pari, Balaji & Narayana) give me commitments that they will call me back with feedback but unfortunately no one call me on turn around time. At last one of your staff told me I had to visit the service centre but I am unable to vist service centre since I am working in a bank
