My self introducing as M.suresh, I purchased Aquaguard GENEUS model in reliance digital in kakinada, East godavari, Andhra Pradesh.They told display piece is there, while selling the piece. I had a belief in they will give the display piece and they told to send that piece only. The piece manufacturing date is **- ****. But technician only opened the device and I asked the serial number and manufacturing date. Then I realized that I was received different product, technician told the pack with warranty was teared and many parts like valves, adapters, chip like something was missing. I believed only the brand of reliance, now I came to conclusion there also defective products will be given to customers. Technician called the store person in front of me and they simply telling in reckless manner come and collect the spares which are absent in the product without any hesitation. I need the new product.
